The answer to the problem is to set the NextControl property using Avenue.
There's a bug or something with the dialog designer interface that doesn't
allow it to always work.

Original question:
        I have a dialog box with a number of text lines and a combo box.  I
have set
        the "Next Control" for each text line and the combo box so a user
will tab
        through the dialog in order.  Everything works fine except the combo
box.
        Whenever I tab from the combo box it takes me back to the first text
line in
      the dialog box instead of the text line its "Next Control" is set to.
